Despite 'living the dream', Anastasia suffered from imposter syndrome and self-sabotaging behaviour to emotional and sexual abuse at the hands of those she thought were there to support her. After much self-healing, Anastasia (also a single Mum) now works as a Coach to support Actors and Parents through the journeys she has been through; all while crafting her life around her son.
