Noah Kahan is an American singer-songwriter of folk-infused pop, and his album "Stick Season" has become wildly successful as his tour continues to sell out in each location.
Originally from Strafford, Vermont, Kahan began writing songs at age 8 and uploaded them to SoundCloud where his music began to gain exposure. He has opened up about his struggles with anxiety and depression and how writing about these topics has proven therapeutic for him.
Julia had the chance to sit down and chat with him (and his dog, Penny) about the inspiration behind his music, his songwriting process, his love for all things gas station-related, etc.
