Lunch with the Clydesdale - You asked for professionalism, now you got it!

We use our lunch hour to hang out with friends and catch up with what is going on in the CrossFit Space.  Today we talk about the wild weekend of NFL Football and see how I did on my picks.  We talk community cup and how effective will this be.  I also have more details on the subject of buying followers and will correct those details from Friday.

Carolyne Prevost, Jamie Latimer and Scott Switzer get together to discuss the news and events of the CrossFit Games Season.  Tonight we look at the events at Wodapalooza and make some predictions as to who will do well and who will struggle.  We will look at Carolyne Prevost going Viral. We also talk about the Games moving to Albany, New York and finally, we will look at the Mayham Classic going historical to do their invites.  and 15 min of questions for Carolyne and Jamie.

We use the lunch hour to hang out with friends and talk about whatever we want.  Today we will talk about the big NFL weekend on tap, Buying followers and dive into the Vinyl Vault and look at some of the best Rap Albums of All Time.

The Crew gets together to talk about what is going on in their lives and what is happening all over the CrossFit Space.  Today we talk Hair dos, The CrossFit Games in Albany, New York and the WFP announce their locations but more importantly have stopped announcing signings.

We use our lunch hour to take a break for the day and hang out with friends, we talk about some things going on during the day and today we will talk about Albany, New York hosting the CrossFit Games, and what this means.  We will talk about the venues for the WFP Tour 1 and Tour 2 Dates. Finally we will recap some of our favorite Shows of the week every Wednesday.

We take our Lunch Hour to relax and hang out with friends.  Today's lunch we do our 1st Top 5 Tuesday with Special Guest Cory Leonard who would you want to sit down and have a drink with.  Plus we look at the 2025 Masters Division.

We catch up with our dear friend Hattie Kanyo as she prepares for the 2025 season.  We will take a look back at her first Games Appearence, Her Offseason Success and what are her thoughts about the changes to the Games Season and the World Fitness Project? Plus what ever else we dive into.

We use our lunch hour to hang out with the best listeners out there.  Going into a weekend of Winter Storms and lots of Football.  Today we will talk about what is going to happen this season, why this new format will not work and finally, I'm going to pull some of my vinyl and show you what/and why I like what I like.  Today is my Favorite Album of All Time, my favorite Album while in High School and My Favorite album out today.
