Lunch With the Clydesdale - Finally, the Weekend!!!

Every work day we take our lunch hour to get a break from the work day and discuss what is going on in the world of Sports, Entertainment and specifically the world of CrossFit.  Today we discuss what Full Swing and what we can learn from it. Plus who the heck picks the Academy Award winners?

Every Sunday Night Carolyne Prevost, Jamie Latimer and Scott Switzer discuss the topics of the week in the world of Fitness, specifically CrossFit.  This week we will break down the first in person qualifying event, The Mayhem Classic.  We will also look ahead to the In-Affiliate Semifinals for the age group athletes this coming week.  In addition we will give Jamie her flowers for qualifying for the WFP Challenger Competition at Tour Event 1, plus Emma Lawson Joins BRUTE, Don Faul appears on the CrossFit Podcast, and we discuss the New Broadcast Team for the WFP and as always will discuss whatever you want to talk about in the chat.

Every Sunday Night Carolyne Prevost, Jamie Latimer and Scott Switzer go through the weeks fitness news events to have a colaborative show with you the audience.  This week we wrap up the Open and talk about how Carolyne and Jamie both won thier age group, and finished very high in the elite division world wide.  We will talk about the WFP Qualifier events for Challengers, and look in on the leaderboard as the qualifier comes to an end.  We will also look at the sale of CrossFit and who has stated they want to purchase it.  Plus we will take questions from you for Jamie and Carolyne the Fittest 35-39 year old and the fittest 40-44 Year old woman in this year's CrossFit Open.

We use our lunch hour to hang out and relax mid-day and talk about what is going on in the world of sports, entertainment and especially CrossFit and fitness.  Today we talk about Hiller's Video with Tyson Bagent, What is going on in the WFP, and should Cat start a dating show.
