En la industria farmacéutica dio sus primeros pasos como visitador médico y fue escalando en su trayectoria adquiriendo experiencia internacional en regiones como Venezuela, Colombia, Centroamérica y México. Las cualidades que considera clave en un líder es la comunicación, la planificación, visión clara y saber cómo relucir después de una crisis, empoderar, estar abierto a escuchar, delegar, definir dónde aportan valor y dejar que los equipos fluyan, tener la responsabilidad sobre qué podemos hacer con el planeta, mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas y no pensar solo en los números, ser consistentes, dar seguimiento y hacer las cosas simples. “Tener un sueño, hacer las cosas que generan pasión, fallar y siempre pensar positivo. Siempre hay un lado feliz que aparece si tú lo deseas.”
