He has been married for 14 years to a doctor. For his role in the January 6th protests, he was sentenced to 75 days in prison, a year of supervised release, 200 hours of community service and ordered to pay a combined $5,525 after pleading guilty to entering and remaining in a restricted building. He is also not able to profit financially in any way off of his name, image, or likeness for five years.
