To help you to do this David takes you through a 4-step process and matrix for you to use. KEY TAKEAWAYS A stakeholder is somebody who is interested in has a stake in what it is you're trying to do. Build a list of people who are impacted by what you do or have an influence over what you are doing. In this episode of David Roberts´ CALM leadership series he talks about the importance of having a better relationship with yourself. David explains how to make sure that you don´t try to do everything yourself, set the wrong tone, not care enough to look after yourself and your team. David shares 5 things you can do to get the balance right and build a great relationship with yourself, and, therefore, your team. KEY TAKEAWAYS As a leader it is easy to become very preoccupied with results, which can sometimes lead to your trying to do it all on your own. If your team sees you as someone who cares more about themselves than anyone, you will lose the backing of your team. If you don´t really care about yourself, you won´t be able to properly care for your team. During tough times, it is especially important that you invest in and take care of yourself. Check in on your reason, every 90 days. Put in place well being rituals e.g. going dancing twice a month to lift your spirits.
