Whether it be overcorrecting and confusing healthy boundaries and walls, connecting the prices you charge and client feedback with your personal worth, tossing out the fundamentals of client retention and happiness, deciding salon business ownership wasn’t for you, having the best year ever, or the worst, we talk about it all to help you regain and retain perspective to have a more awesome, authentic and aligned with your brand year. In this episode, Nina shares a reminder that sometimes it's best to keep the snark in the group chat. Whether it's the latest Calico Hair trend, or things some salon clients do that give you the ick, you need to remember that your salon brand content is your marketing, and everything you post, share, like and comment on can be seen by your current salon clients and potential future clients. Jokes are fun, however, they do not always land well with salon clients, and could create a crack in the trust you've worked so hard to build with them in your salon, which can greatly diminish lifetime salon client value, the amount of happiness, joy, referrals, and revenue your clients bring you over the lifetime of your relationship.
