Track your progress whether that's on an app or in a journal. And celebrate your wins because the goal is consistency not perfection. Studies show that about 40% of our daily actions are driven by habits, not conscious decisions. This could be your missing piece of the puzzle and why you haven't achieved your goals in the past.
