Just bout a year ago Shelley found out she had a place to trek the Himalayas all in the name of breast cancer awareness and CoppaFeel. Over the course of that year she trained her little butt off. lol JK. In true Shelley fashion she left everything to the last minute, went on about 2 training walks, and didn't even know the little rubbery things on the bottom of her walking poles actually came off to reveal the spikes...
