On Monday April 22nd, news broke of a fatal stabbing footsteps away from the busy entrance to the Halifax Shopping Centre. The victim, Ahmad Al Marrach is a 16 year old boy. The two alleged perpetrators.. one of whom seemed to gloat about their brutal act online... are only 14 years old.
