What's that coming over the hill... is it a yeti, is it a yeti   We're not actually talking about The Automatic though...   Let's talk training and fitness!   In this Tuesday Tune-in Andy and Dave are switching gears to automatic instead of manual and showing you why cruising is better than racing on your trek training.   So if you have an upcoming adventure or are thinking about one, be sure to listen as we chat all things training and fitness!
