Join Stacey in this mini solo episode as she reveals all the ways she shrinks herself as a people-pleasing, ADHD/RSD woman:
- With her husband
- In asking questions
- With her voice, and any noise she makes (anybody else familiar with accidental breath-holding?)
- With compliments
- With her kids
She shares these, and then asks you to share them with yourself. If we can start identifying the ways in which we shrink, we can become more self-aware of them, and make steps to stop the cycle.
