North Carolina women's lacrosse ended their 2025 season with the program's fourth national title and a perfect 22-0 record. Heading into 2026, head coach Jenny Levy continues to push the Tar Heel standard higher as some of the faces on the roster change, but the goals always remain the same. Sophomore attacker Chloe Humphrey returns after earning virtually every award and accolade possible in 2025, with preseason player of the year honors pouring in. Defender Sam Forrest paces the Carolina defense while Levy's team will look to continue the nation's dominance on both ends of the field. Levy spoke to Inside Carolina about the process, the expectations and the plan to do it all again this season. **Call to Action:**   **Subscribe:** Follow 'Inside Carolina' wherever you get your podcasts to never miss an episode!   **Review:** Leave us a 5-star review on Apple Podcasts or Spotify to help us reach more Tar Heel fans!   **Visit:** Explore http://www.InsideCarolina.com for breaking news, recruiting updates, and expert commentary on all things UNC sports.
