In this episode I’m sharing my thoughts on the tricky and not so helpful messaging of breast cancer awareness month. And then the messaging that I think would be much more helpful.  After 30 years of breast cancer awareness months, don’t you think it’s time we actually start talking about prevention.  Because we know lots of way to help prevent breast cancer, and they aren’t promoting it. I’m also going to share about all the ways you can do a breast cancer screening, if you didn’t know - you have lots of options beyond a mammogram.
