When 12 year old Lynne Harper was found raped and murdered in June 1959, 14 year old Steven Truscott became the prime suspect after having been the last person to have been with her before her murder.
A few small pieces of circumstantial evidence and heaps of police corruption would lead to the boy being convicted of his classmates rape and murder – sentenced to hang at age 14.
