    Optimize Your Mind

    Just like a computer undergoing a clean up, or a bicycle needing a tuneup, our mind can optimize our body and also reset the parasympathetic system. The principles in this meditation are derived from the yogic tradition. If you are interested in experiencing more, please investigate Yoga Nidra. Prior to this meditation, find your meditation position. Lie on a mat on the floor or bed. If you have any discomfort in your lower back, put a pillow or bolster underneath your knees. Make sure the room temperature is warm and you might fight it to be comfortable to cover your lap with a blanket. Challenge yourself and see how well you can focus without wandering back to your busy life. Stay present and enjoy the power of your mind.
