Sometimes your baby is hungry, sometimes they have a hair wrapped around their toe, and sometimes they just need a good cry - so do adults! But just because it's normal for babies to cry for no reason doesn't make it any easier for us to hear it. Sometimes all we can do is take a deep breath, maybe a bath, and remind ourselves that no baby ever hurt themselves from crying too much.
