The 2024 season has come to end. In a bumper Episode 156, Ronan, Gerry, James, Fionn and Conor look back on The Bit O’Red’s campaign. The lads discuss the highs, lows and funny moments of the year gone by. We hear excerpts from the BORST end-of-season awards which took place at Lola Montez last week. While, club development officer, Mark Cummins stops by following the monumental news that the club has received 16.4 million euro in Large Scale Infrastructure Sports funding. A 2-2 tie at Terryland ensured Caufield's collective failed to beat The Bit O'Red across the 2024 season. In Episode 155, Ronan, Gerry, Conor and Fionn look back on Friday's draw as dreams of European football in 2025 faded. The lads look ahead to the end of season awards night at Lola Montez which is preceded by the final game of the season as an in-form St. Pat's roll into The Showgrounds on Friday night.

A defeat to Bohemians has given a slight bump in The Bit O’Red step. In Episode 154, Ronan, Gerry, James and Sean look back on the 2-0 loss at The Showgrounds which has slightly dented hopes for European football. The lads announce the details of the upcoming end of season awards night at Lola Montez. With a trip to Galway on the horizon, how will John Russell’s side topple John Caufield’s charges?

Ronan, James, Gerry and Fionn look back on the visit of Celtic to the Showgrounds, the women's team end of season, the draw in the Brandywell and discuss the next men's fixture at home to Bohs.

Despite having no game for two weeks (Derry in the Brandywell on October 14th) we still have plenty to get through on this week’s pod. The women’s team recorded a 1-1 draw at home to Peamount, our U20s (through no fault of their own) were beaten in the Enda McGuil Cup final on the back of a very poor off side decision. The Club's recently appointed Social Responsibility Office Jamie Murphy stop by to give us an updated on his work to date.

A 2-1 victory over the lowly lilywhites has returned The Bit O'Red to winning ways. In Episode 151, Ronan, Gerry, Conor, Sean and James look back on Saturday's victory. The lads discuss the record-breaking annual draw, the women's cup semi-final defeat and the men's under 20 team's pending cup final. With a trip to Tolka Park on the horizon, can Rovers defeat Duffer's table toppers?

Episode 150 sees a reduced staff of Gerry, Fionn and Conor discuss a challenging game in Tallaght and comments John Russell made to the media, post-match about his long-term future at the Showgrounds. Ronan Flanagan caught up with bit o'red women's manager Tommy Hewitt after their impressive 1-1 draw away to Shams and Tommy looks ahead to the upcoming FAI Cup semi-final. Dundalk have dominated the headlines recently, and they're scheduled to visit the Showgrounds this weekend, but will they still be a going concern come 7.45pm Saturday evening? Gerry says emphatically "YES"

A 2-0 win over Waterford has restored the bounce in the Bit O'Red step. In Episode 149, Ronan, Gerry, Fionn, Conor and James discuss the victory over the Blues and its importance ahead of the international break. The women's team know their FAI Cup semi-final opponents, can they avenge last year's defeat? While with no game for the men's team this weekend, the lads preview the run in and give some bold (and outrageous) predictions.

A drubbing at the hands of Drogheda has The Bit O'Red down in the dumps. In Episode 148, Ronan, Conor, Gerry, Fionn and Sean discuss the trouncing at Weavers Park. However, the women's team restored some hope with their FAI Cup quarter-final victory over DLR Waves. It's 4th against 3rd at The Showgrounds on Saturday. The lads preview the visit of Waterford.

As a second-rate Rovers FAI Cup run is brought to an end by third-level students, John Russell & Ryan Casey will be seeking a higher-level performance on the road to bottom of the class Drogheda United on Friday night. Conor, Ronan, Jame, Gerry and Sean look back on where it all went wrong against UCD and what's needed to put things right against the Drogs.
