So the 2025 Cardinals season ended with a whimper. Goodbye, John Mozeliak, hello, Chaim Bloom. What's next for the offseason? What will surprise us? The Cardinals are about to have a VERY active offseason. Anyway, Bernie Miklasz and Will Leitch talk about Bernie's big Jordan Walker scoop from last week, and then they dig into, with your help, What Will Bring The Fans Back? What do fans expect? So we're still having some issues with the Cast podcast app, which is why this show is (once again) shorter, though it is longer than last week. We'll just do Zoom moving forward--annoying. A miserable week--seriously, what a lousy homestand--was exacerbated by some very, very small crowds at Busch, which was noticed by a national media paying attention to the Yankees. We discuss that, an interview with the Cards' head of ticket sales and try to place blame where it's warranted. After a successful week--wait, are the Cardinals really only 3 1/2 games out of the Wild Card--and a weekend that featured Yadier Molina in the dugout (and a lot of Cardinals fans wishing he'd stay there), Bernie Miklasz and Will Leitch dig into The Oliver Marmol Question. What kind of a manager is he? Why are fans so skeptical of him? Can he survive into next year, or even the year after? Does what he represent shadow who he actually is? It's a lively discussion!
