In Episode 59 of Rolling Home titled, "The beauty and sufficiency of boondocking," I discussed why RVing and van life appeal to campers like me such as the boondocking aspect of it. That’s because boondocking returns campers to a simpler time when self-sufficiency was essential for successful living. I didn’t say much about the health benefits of RVing, and in my case, the self-sufficiency aspect of RV boondocking has on a person’s health. Because no matter how big or small of a rig you travel in there is some aspect of self-sufficiency, right?
