On this episode: Aaron tells an embarrassing story of his maturity. Justin takes his kids to the park.

Our Guest: Duane Osterlind, therapist, podcaster, and husband. Duane brings many years of personal and professional experience to the addiction recovery community. When listening to others, the reply is never: “its worse for someone else”. Compassion for the human. We heal through the eyes of others; we need others to see us and lets us know its ok. You can be confused and have hope. The world needs the compassionate and the @$$holes.
