Jillian Rigert, DMD, MD, ACC is an oral medicine specialist, head and neck cancer researcher, Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach, Professional Leadership Coach, speaker, writer, and host of YouTube channel "A Life True to You" where she helps high achievers break free from societal pressures to create sustainable, fulfilling lives true to themselves. 

She has been on a 10-year healing journey out of the depths of suicidality and anorexia nervosa, and she now shares her story and life lessons in hopes to help others reduce suffering, save lives, and live with intention.
