In this episode Brewery Scientist and Sensory Manager Samantha Bennett talks about her winding path to becoming a brewer, what the science of flavor is, and why being on the sensory panel isn't as fun as one might think.  Samantha holds a B.S in food science and biochemistry from UW Madison and a M.S in food science with a focus on sensory science from Penn State.
