How Can We Train Our Brains For More Positivity ?

Think of your mind as a garden and your thoughts -the flowers and weeds that grow.  Garden plants need to be pruned and cared for. Like the plants growing in the garden, we care for and cultivate thoughts in our minds too. Some thoughts you’ll want to cultivate and care for allowing them to grow strong roots. Roots that will be strong enough to anchor those thoughts so they are there for you 10-30 years from now they are there.

Then there will be other thoughts that may need to be pulled from the mind garden so they have no roots - easier to remove- not allowing them to take root.  These thoughts do not serve you.
