I am an industrial systems engineer with a bachelor of science in Electrical Engineering. I have 20 years of electrical experience managing industrial systems comprising MES, HMIs, PLCs, and SCADA systems.  I am not " just a programmer." I have an MBA in Operations Management. I have a Master's in Systems Engineering. I have cyber security knowledge. I have 8 years of experience as a network technician. I can write business plans, Justify return on investment. Manage contractors. Manage projects. Create process flows. Create test plans. Analyze data to concretely show what design changes should happen on a line--i.e., industrial engineering, for continuous improvement changes. Create reliability maintenance plans. Create NIST-based security protocols and network plans. I have been a technician to a manager. I can write control specifications, create reliability maintenance plans, build drawing packages, specify components for an application from scratch, maintain virtual server farms, and set up networks and MESs.
