What workouts are best when ill? I’ve been under the weather all week with a cold-like virus, so haven’t had the best week of exercise 🙁
After having a mastectomy with under-the-muscle reconstruction 7 years ago, I have restricted mobility and weakness in my left arm and shoulder. I want to increase mobility and strengthen that side without overworking it.
Been away with work this week and finding food choices, timing and water intake harder. Do you have any tips?
I have creaky knees; how do I know if my squats are good enough? I don’t always think I go low enough.
I have a goal to shrink my middle a couple of inches in the next 4 weeks (concerts coming up, struggling to fit into dresses!). What are the best workouts to help me do that? I realize it’s a combination of things.
