This question comes to us from Aimee L. in Maine: “As I continue to age, my body looks different in a bathing suit…Since I hit my 40s, I am embarrassed to go to the public pool…I will also see the parents of my children’s friends who will look at me like I am crazy in a bathing suit. Is there a dignified way for me to go to the public pool in a bathing suit?” Great question, Aimee! Aging body stuff comes up a lot in my private practice too.
