She discussed how chronic pain and other health issues can be treated with mind-body therapies, such as trauma-based therapy. We also reveal the neuroscience of pain and how the power of the mind can help manage pain.
Adrienne Bishop talks about how fear and stress can worsen chronic pain, and how visualization and mantras can help. We also discussed the importance of releasing stress and connecting with oneself to reduce pain.
Adrienne Bishop coaches highly sensitive parents with highly sensitive children to help them understand and regulate their nervous systems, use somatic tools, hypnosis, tapping, and change their perception of what's happening with their kids.
