On this week’s episode of the Escape Your Limits podcast, we are joined by John Jaquish, a doctor of biomechanical engineering on a mission to educate the world as to why traditional weightlifting is a waste of time. Driven by an obsessive interest in bone health stemming from his mothers’ osteoporosis diagnosis, invented the X3® – a device that improves bone strength, whilst limiting the risk of injury, through the application of variable (adaptive) resistance.
