We’re joined by Adam Griffin who’s a pastor at Eastside Community Church in East Dallas and has an educational background studying the historical context of racial division Dallas.
To continue our East Dallas series, we drove around with Adam to go and see Hamilton Park, one of Dallas’ planned Black communities. Adam shares some history about the neighborhood and we dive into its origin story. While we were driving, we saw a sign that said “93rd birthday” so we had to stop and ask some questions and you’ll hear from some current residents and the enlightening conversation we had with them.
