    075 Ed Latimore

    1:57:04

My name is Ed Latimore. I’m a best-selling author, former professional heavyweight boxer, and competitive chess player. My writing focuses on self-improvement and a practical approach to stoic philosophy. I like to tell people that I’ve lived four different lives and from each of these lives, I’ve learned something that’s helped me become who I am today. In my first life, I was born and raised in the public housing projects of Pittsburgh, PA. Though I knew both my parents, I didn’t live with them. I was raised solely by my mom. I have memories of my dad, but it’s safe to say that I received nothing in the way of masculine guidance. Growing up poor and in public housing projects was stressful and dangerous. I fought a lot, suffered physical abuse, observed a lot of violence, and even saw someone get killed once. I survived by spending most of my free time reading and playing video games. However, I also learned how to make friends with the right people without getting drawn into activities that would put me in danger. The major lesson from my first life was “Never underestimate the power of being likeable and controlling your emotions.” The experiences here largely shaped my emotional approach to life. I believe that nothing bad comes from being likeable and nothing good comes from losing control of your emotions. This philosophy would serve me well but it was tested in my next life. In my second life, I learned just how bad my first life was. Until I was 14, I lived in the projects and I went to school with other people from the same environment. When I got to high school, I got around different people from a different type of life. It was here that I’d meet my best friends and get exposed to people whose kindness would change my life. When I graduated from high school, this was the part of my life where my problems started to show and I was almost consumed by the dark side of my personality. I became resentful at my mom for the life I had growing up. This directly led to a lot of problems I had with alcohol. I was always broke and, with the exception of my amateur boxing career, making no progress in my life. In fact, I was going backwards in many ways. My drinking and my behavior while drinking was costing me jobs and relationships. The major lesson from my second life was “No one cares what happened to you or what you’ve been through. No one is coming to save you.” This isn’t selfish. This is just part of life. Rather than be punished by it, I chose to use it to my advantage. This brings me to the third life I lived. In my third life, I was full of a different type of anger. I was angry for all the time I wasted living a life of mediocrity. Instead of chasing respect, I chased attention. Instead of focusing on accomplishment, I focused on distraction. Instead of committing to long-term plans, I committed to short-term fixes. I looked in the mirror, admitted to myself that I was a loser who was only chasing the low-hanging fruit in life. Once I did that, I could make big changes in my life. 2013 was the year it all started. On January 4th, I enlisted in the military so I could start building employable skills and get money for college. On January 26th, I had my professional boxing debut. On June 4th, I shipped out to basic training, which got me away from alcohol for 5 months and led me to make the decision to become sober on Dec 23rd. I took my first college class in January 2014. Now I could make serious changes. It wasn’t easy, but by 2018, I graduated from Duquesne University with a degree in Physics and learned how to make a 6-figure income on the internet. I wrote and self-published my first book. I went from a kid who struggled with mathematics in high school to a private tutor helping high schoolers prepare for AP physics and calculus exams. The major lesson from my third life was “The most powerful belief you can have is that given enough time, you can learn anything. Rome wasn’t built in a day, but Hiroshima was wiped out in seconds.” I made small progress everyday during this 5 year period, but it paid off. I challenged myself, what I was capable of, and there were even moments I thought I wasn’t going to pull it off. I failed classes, lost my first professional fight, and was even poor again. But I stayed the course, remained patient, and never even entertained the idea of giving up. Now I’m living my 4th life, and it probably won’t be my last. I have a website that gets over 50k visitors per month. I have two self-published best selling books, and I’ve been sober since December 23rd, 2013. Now I teach people what I learned the hard way so they can live a better life themselves. The major lesson from this life I’m living now is “A limitation is only as powerful as the energy you give to it. Your dreams also follow this same law.”   Ed's Website: https://edlatimore.com/     Ed's Twitter: https://twitter.com/EdLatimore   Shungite from Derek Condit: https://mysticalware.ositracker.com/180504/11616   Contact the Podcast at 13questionspodcast@gmail.com     Support us at https://13questionspodcast.com/     Discord: https://discord.gg/Dwn6GHW     Telegram: https://t.me/ThirteenQuestions     Gab: https://gab.com/13Questions     Gratitude Jingle by Sir Felix   https://sirfelix.bandcamp.com/music     Closing Music by Supaman - Why   https://supamanhiphop.com/

    13 Questions with Matt DiBara

    1:29:04

When Matt DiBara was struck by a car that ran a traffic light and herniated two discs in his back, he went the traditional route, seeing doctors, physical therapists, and following their advice--stretching, yoga, heating pads, ice packs, and anything else the medical community recommended. After almost 6 months of depression, weight gain, pain medicine, a cortisone shot, and still in pain, something needed to change. Matt DiBara leaned on the healthiest person he knew for answers. “Matt, can you help me? No one can seem to get me back on track with this, I feel good for a few weeks and then it is right back to the pain as soon as I stop the regiment, I can’t see a physical therapist the rest of my life.” Matt’s answer “give me a few days”.   A few days passed and a custom workout plan was created, with exercises specific to the injury, a meal plan, targeted cardio, pre-workout SMR and post-workout stretching, and even a list of motivational videos and music to break Matt DiBara out of his depression to keep him motivated through the exercises. The workout plan consisted of three days in the gym, as Matt Wilbur stated, “If you continue to do the exercises at the correct form and tempo you don’t need to be in the gym for hours everyday. “ A few weeks passed, the weight shed, the pain began to subside, and most of all Matt DiBara’s mood shifted. Matt reached back out to his good friend and asked him how he did it, his answer, “Simple, I built up the antagonist muscle groups to further support the injured area.” Matt DiBara was amazed, and that is when the thought occurred to him. If Matt Wilbur was able to help his friends, family, clients, and Matt’s back injury, who else could benefit from this “lifestyle approach” to fitness. That single question changed the path to both of their lives. On a bitter, snowy December morning, over two heaping plates of steak, eggs, and potatoes a handshake was made---and a rebellion was born-- The Fitness Rebellion. This was the exact moment when competitive bodybuilder and personal trainer Matt Wilbur and long time best friend and Entrepreneur Matt DiBara made a decision that would begin to re-shape the entire Fitness Industry and their lives. It’s time for integrity. It’s time for sincerity. It’s time to take a stand, and pave a new road for those willing to travel it.   You can learn more about our guest on his website https://www.thefitnessrebellion.com Winner announcement for Fitness Rebellion contest! James Tiberius Cretched is co-host of Our Big Dumb Mouth podcast, a twice weekly show covering paranormal, UFOs, cryptids, conspiracies, and oddball news. Cretched lives in the rural eastern Midwest and is frankly, a bit of a jerk. He didn’t pay me very much to write this bio, so I’ll just type some things like he used to modify cars for demolition derbies, ran a camp for wayward kids in the San Juan Islands, and once stood at the next urinal over from Arnold Schwarzenegger. 069 Chuck Ochelli

    2:17:43

Chuck Ochelli is a polymath, a podcaster, and noted JFK researcher. The host of The Ochelli Effect (8-10 pm EST, every Mon-Fri), Chuck brings a conspiracy realist’s perspective to topics ranging from deep politics to popular culture, from political assassinations to science fact and fiction, from the alternative to the mainstream, from the speculative to the historical. Chuck brings his noted curiosity to every show and his hard-earned insight into human nature to every interview. That’s why The Ochelli Effect’s format is guest-oriented. The Ochelli Effect is the home of truly alternative voices and Chuck emphasizes listener participation through phone calls and an active chat room where Effectors can interact with Chuck and his guests in real-time. The mission of the show is simple. Chuck, a.k.a. “the Blind J.F.K. Researcher,” wants to open eyes to lies and open minds to the truth. And he loves to talk to people. In the late 1980s Chuck Ochelli was a high school student and a musician, generally fascinated with American History, particularly educating himself on the circumstances surrounding the assassination of John F. Kennedy. In the 1990s, Chuck progressively engaged in J.F.K. research and investigations revolving around many deep political figures and events. His contributions and participation in support of various authors and producers of media projects as an interviewer, analyst, and research assistant coupled with having a life-long appreciation for the medium of talk radio evolved into active correspondence with various alternative media figures. In 2008 while interacting with many talk show hosts and producers of New Media, he was encouraged to create “The Blind J.F.K. Researcher” channel on You-Tube. This platform was used to display his extensive knowledge of the assassination of our 35th President, despite having the physical handicap of limited vision, highlighting the philosophy that “Even a blind man can see a conspiracy”. The Ochelli Effect Podcast launched in late 2013 as an outlet for independent critical analysis of historical controversies, current geopolitics, social issues, media, breaking news, and literature from Chuck’s perspective. After appearing as a guest and caller on multiple live internet broadcasts for many previous years and receiving encouragement from other talk show hosts, The Ochelli Effect debuted as a regularly scheduled, unscripted interview program. The unique perspectives of the host, the guests, and the audience together are REVELATION THROUGH CONVERSATION. In Recent Years Ochelli.com has evolved to include and empower other hosts and programs becoming its own online 24/7 Radio Station with a vanguard of unique independent voices. 066 Kenneth Brady

    1:32:09

From https://positivemindsonly.net/  I was born on March 14, 1990, in Atlanta, GA, the middle of 5 children. After being taken away from my mother and father at the age of 3. I would be raised in Gary, IN, by my grandma, and great-grandmother. We were raised in a 3 bedroom home where my siblings and I shared the smallest room, and for many years there was only one bed, which was mostly occupied by my eldest sister. That’s where the seed of independence was planted; not having a mother or father to rely on, my siblings and I would compete for the attention of our grandparents. This is also where I learned to rely on my gifts to get ahead in life, which included using my intelligence, drawing, singing, and my forward thinking mindset. After graduating from high school, I would join the Marines, following in the footsteps of my older brother who joined the Navy a year earlier. While serving in the Marines as a cook, I would be deployed to many countries including Haiti, Jordan, Italy, Afghanistan, and Germany. While being deployed with the 24th MEU aboard the USS Nassau, the ship I was aboard would end up being attacked by pirates in the Atlantic Ocean in 2010, no harm was done though. Also while serving in the Marines, I would father my first son KJ, and also get married to my first wife. She would give birth to 3 of my children ‪Aaliyah‬, Trayvon, and Kennisha. That marriage would last from 2011-2015. After serving 4 years in the military and working at Taco Bell for a year, in addition to a semester of college, I would go back home to live with my Grandma after the passing of my great grandma. I would go to CDL School in Miami to learn to drive semi-trucks. After obtaining my license I get hired working for Schneider Trucking for 3 months, before moving on to become a Table GamesDealer, at Ameristar Casino. There I would find my true soulmate, Shavonia, whom I had previously met in High School. While working at Ameristar and dating Shavonia, she would give birth to my 5th child Athena in October of 2017. By January of 2018, I decided to quit my job at the casino, and move to Las Vegas with my family. It was here in Las Vegas where I found my passion for speaking. By November of 2018 I would create my first podcast episode, Positive Minds Only. By 2019, I decided to start my own business Positive Minds Only, so I could help others, in life to become their greatest self. Instead of keeping the secrets to success for myself, I want to inspire the world to evolve collectively.  I believe that our thoughts create our reality, so think positive during the good and bad times in life. Our experience in life is full of ups and downs; it is how we think that will determine where we are headed in life. https://twitter.com/IAmKennethEL   https://www.instagram.com/iamkennethel/    Shungite from Derek Condit: https://mysticalware.ositracker.com/180504/11616  Contact the show at 13questionspodcast@gmail.com  Support us at https://13questionspodcast.com/  Discord: https://discord.gg/Dwn6GHW  Telegram: https://t.me/ThirteenQuestions  Gab: https://gab.com/13Questions  Gratitude Jingle by Sir Felix https://sirfelix.bandcamp.com/music  Closing Music by Supaman - Why https://supamanhiphop.com/
