Fast Forward 15 seconds

On our latest episode we share about a journey of trauma and healing with our horses Indra and Malachi and also ourselves.

Living through a fire and evacuating our horses obviously created some trauma for ourselves as well and that was part of our process to move through.

We share about the journey of how we held that space for our horses and ourselves to provide some insight on how we tend to our trauma in us and those that we care for.

As a side, we are not an expert on a trauma or a counsellor this is us merely sharing our own experience.
