Paul talks about his hilarious start in NASCAR, his journey from a linebacker at Bowling Green, and his hilarious major in college of "exercise science". Sofia also jokes about starting her graphic podcast "Call Her Daddy" while she was still working in the professional finance world and how it was scary going into work. She also gets into the move to Barstool, and how the split came about when negotiations with Barstool broke down. We get the entire inside story about how the show fell apart, where exactly negotiations went south, and how she was bullied for leaving the show. Sofia also talks about her road back, building her new show and finding success after such a public controversy.

Jay sits down with Bachelor star Clayton Echard, and Jay jokes that he doesn't know much about The Bachelor but all the girls in the office gave him a lot of notes. They immediately dive into Clayton's background in college football, and Jay jokes that he played at Vanderbilt and Clayton played at Missouri and they compare notes about SEC opponents. Clayton also jokes about his short tenure in the NFL and how he just went back to his day job after he got cut. Clayton also tries to explain to Jay how he got involved with The Bachelorette - without violating his NDA - and jokes that he found out quickly that he was bad at the show. Clayton also jokes that he actually learned a lot about Susie AFTER the show ended because there was just so much going on, and there were certain things she didn't want to share on camera. Clayton talks about having to figure out who was there for him, and who was there for 15 minutes, and how he even sent people home toward the end of the show because he still didn't know who was there for the right reasons. Clayton jokes that Jay is sounding like a Bachelor fan! Clayton also gets frank on the topic of mental health and how he's trying to grow and help others.

Brian Urlacher joins old teammate Jay Cutler to catch up on life, sports parenting, and their careers. Brian even jokes about how he should have been a quarterback like Jay and he'd probably still be playing, because today's players are playing into their 40's. Jay and Brian also have some frank thoughts on CTE, both talking about how their bodies and minds feel as they start to age, and how they worry about the long-term effects as they get older. Plus fresh on the heels of the Deshaun Watson suspension, both Jay and Brian were really shocked that it was only six games. Brian also talks about how tough things have become in the city of Chicago, and when Jay asks about how Brian feels about the Bears leaving Soldier Field, he doesn't seem to care as long as Chicago doesn't get a dome. Jay jokes that they will to get a Super Bowl, and Brian continues to joke that it's too cold in Chicago in February for a Super Bowl so they'll never get one. Jay sits down with the owner of Leiper’s Fork Distillery, Lee Kennedy, and talks about how he got his start in whiskey and what it took to get his own distillery going. Lee breaks down how Tennessee became a landmark location for whiskey production, the history of his distillery and how they took an 1820's log cabin and embarked on the long road to rebuild it and turn a profit. Jay and Lee also do some taste testing as Lee breaks down how to drink whiskey and what to look for in a great whiskey. They wrap up their conversation with Lee giving Jay a full tour of their distillery floor, and Lee talks about everything that goes into the distilling process.

Jay sits down with NFL star, Wrestling icon and actor Bill Goldberg, and Bill gets right into how he landed at the University of Georgia instead of Oklahoma - largely because he couldn't stand Barry Switzer, who was the head coach of Oklahoma at the time. Plus Bill and Jay talk about conference realignment and NIL deals for college athletes, as they both have mixed emotions on the topic. Bill also tells Jay the story about how Lex Lugor and Sting recruited him for WCW while he was working out for the Atlanta Falcons. From there Bill goes on to talk about his transition to wrestling, where he succeeded and failed in building his character, and who ruled the roost in the WCW days. And Bill dives into his huge car collection, and he and Jay break down Bill's new line of CBD and supplements.
