He also held the Philadelphia Eagles at number three, asserting that they are still a significant step above the rest of the NFC. The Green Bay Packers moved up to number four, and the Buccaneers rounded out the top five, with Sal admitting he doesn't expect them to stay there all season but that they've earned the spot for now
