Savanna and Jason discuss the trauma of her losing a loved one that started her down the path of a severe eating disorder that could have taken her life.
Subsequently, Savanna was further traumatized in a very abusive relationship that included constant gaslighting and negative body shaming from her then-partner.
Savanna has since found a path to a healthier relationship with food, solid boundaries, a great sense of self, and a passion for life.
