Dr. Ryan Wood and Dr. Jessica Wood (Schulz) are the co-founders of Forefront Therapy with three different offices in Evansville, IN. Zac and Jessica sat down with both of them on the back patio to catch up and have them recount how they met, how they started their physical therapy business, and how it's grown over the years. Jessica and Zac talk about how they came to know Ryan, and how they knew he would be the right fit as the Director of Operations at Honey Moon. Now with five months in to the role, Zac sat down with Ryan to share more about his career in the food and hospitality industry, as well as his hopes and goals for the future of Honey Moon.Ryan got to meet one of our coffee podcast heroes during Coffee Fest in New Orleans, and made Chris Deferio a new friend!

After returning from their longest ever vacation away from the shops (with only one fire while they were gone) Jessica and Zac reflect on the first half of the year and the first half of this podcast season.

Jessica and Zac get away to a new hotel in St. Louis and get a surprising upgrade. They also received the final report from a consultation and facilitation by Derek Jones from the University of Evansville's Center for Innovation and Change. After some reflection from Wes and Zac, the couple behind the Parrella Petite bakery sit down with Jessica and Zac on the back patio to discuss their entrepreneurial journey and bringing bagels to the Honey Moon menu.

Zac and Jessica record a conversation out of town about what it feels like on the other side of completing the big west side project, and what goals for 2024 look like. Zac and Wes discuss some of the changes from season 1 to season 2.
