The murder trial of Brian Walshe - the man who's been accused of killing, dismembering, and hiding the body of his wife - began earlier this week. Prosecutors focused on Walshe's alleged internet search history, which included entries inquiring about getting away with murder. Walshe has pleaded guilty to the two lesser charges against him, but maintains he did not murder his wife.
Former NYPD Inspector, FOX News Contributor, and Co-host of The Weekly Rap Sheet, Paul Mauro, provides his legal analysis of the trial thus far.
