Under Bricker’s leadership, Quay has continued to dominate the eyewear industry as one of the fastest growing independent brands—now available in 35 countries with over 1,500 points of distribution, including 15 companyowned retail shops. In 2020, Bricker drove the company to achieve year-overyear growth in excess of 25 percent—despite the downward trend in retail during the global pandemic—and solidified the company’s status as one of the most buzzworthy, purpose-driven eyewear brands. During her tenure with the company, Jodi has launched a series of celebrity collaborations with the most notable names in Hollywood, including Jennifer Lopez, Lizzo and Maluma, and donated over $750,000 to causes that amplify and nurture the self-expression, confidence, and wellbeing of their global community. 

Prior to her role at Quay, Bricker held executive leadership roles at Athleta, Levi Strauss & Co. and Gap Inc., where she was amongst a handful of merchants handpicked to launch Old Navy in 1993. With over 25 years of experience driving rapid and sustainable growth across iconic American brands—and a keen understanding of customers, product and innovation—Bricker is an omni-channel retail expert and inspiring leader with a track record of driving multiple brands and businesses to $1B and beyond.
