I share the journey of how this new name emerged organically through numerous podcast conversations and particularly through an interview with Yvonne Stoltzfus. The concept of the "magic pause" deeply resonated with me, creating a full-body "yes" that I couldn't ignore. In this episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Kelsea Cannon, a former pelvic floor physical therapy specialist who now helps women navigate perimenopause and reconnect with their bodies' innate wisdom.
