Ecclesiastes Chapter 10 Verses 16 and 17

Ecc 11:4  He who observes the wind will not sow, and he who regards the clouds will not reap.

Luk 2:8  And in the same region there were shepherds out in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.Luk 2:9  And an angel of the Lord appeared to them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were filled with great fear.Luk 2:10  And the angel said to them, “Fear not, for behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all the people.Luk 2:11  For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.Luk 2:12  And this will be a sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped in swaddling cloths and lying in a manger.”Luk 2:13  And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying,Luk 2:14  “Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace among those with whom he is pleased!”

Ecc 11:3  If the clouds are full of rain, they empty themselves on the earth, and if a tree falls to the south or to the north, in the place where the tree falls, there it will lie.

Ecc 11:2  Give a portion to seven, or even to eight, for you know not what disaster may happen on earth.

Ecc 11:1  Send your grain across the seas, and in time, profits will flow back to you.

Ecc 10:19  A party gives laughter, wine gives happiness, and money gives everything!

Ecc 10:16  What sorrow for the land ruled by a servant, the land whose leaders feast in the morning.Ecc 10:17  Happy is the land whose king is a noble leader and whose leaders feast at the proper time to gain strength for their work, not to get drunk.

Ecc 10:15  Fools are so exhausted by a little work that they can’t even find their way home.

Ecc 10:13  the beginning of his talking is folly, and the end of it is wicked madness.Ecc 10:14  Yet the fool multiplies words. No man knows what will happen, and who can tell him what will come after him?

Ecc 10:12  Words from the mouth of a wise man are gracious, while the lips of a fool consume him;
