Inspired by photography at a young age, Mike got his start in the industry after receiving his degree from SCAD. He's worked on everything from commercial work to narrative to documentary. He's become extraordinarily successful, so we will be following him for years to come. Sorry peeps, he's booked up all summer.

Reading her newly released book, End Credits, we fell in love with her and her writing style. She is a former TV writer and producer whose credits include Freaks and Geeks, Friends, Desperate Housewives, and Breaking Bad. She has also written pilots for Fox, CBS, and Nickelodeon. We're very excited to introduce you all to Alex Creswick, an intimacy coordinator and film producer based in Los Angeles. This week's guest is someone who has such an invigorating energy that no wonder she has positively defied the frustratingly unshakable industry norms. Naomi is first and foremost a storyteller with a passion to make people feel, but she is also a devoted changemaker for women in the industry. Naomi is someone who has truly taken time to analyze her place in not just this industry, but in the universe, as she puts it, with a realization to create her own balance of happiness and success. Her TED talk, "What it's like to be a woman in Hollywood," has led the path forward for Naomi to be a trailblazer for the parity for which all of us fighting.
