The Philadelphia Eagles were silent on the linebacker front the first three days of NFL free agency, allowing the majority of the free agent pool to dry up. Then on Thursday they brought in former Tampa Bay Buccaneers linebacker Devin White on a 1-year contract worth up to $7.5 million.
