Kevin Franke recently filed a lawsuit against Jodi Hildebrandt in Utah court. Hildebrandt was convicted of child abuse alongside Franke’s wife Ruby and sentenced to prison. Franke says Hildebrandt used her status as a mental health counselor to brainwash his family. Law&Crime’s Jesse Weber takes a deep dive into the complaint.
