In this podcast episode, Dr. Jonathan H. Westover talks with Claire Milligan about the neurodiverse leader and how we can leverage unconventional traits for exceptional results.

As someone with ADHD, Claire Milligan (https://www.linkedin.com/in/clairemilligan/) is not afraid to tell you she often bounces from one thing to the next. But the same ADHD that brings about the ping-pong effect also enables her to break down complex concepts in easy-to-understand ways, hyperfocus until she identifies a solution to a particularly challenging problem, and helps her see things from all angles so she’s able to support her team in the ways they each need. Claire will explore why neurodiversity can be a career asset and share how others can leverage their own unique traits to level up their leadership.
