Joana Vicente is the CEO of the Sundance Institute, a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting independent film and media artists. She was previously Executive Director and Co-Head of the Toronto International Film Festival. Joana has produced over 40 feature films which have received awards from The Cannes International Film Festival, Berlin International Film Festival, and more. She also co-founded HDNet Films which produced Academy Award-nominated Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room.
