I break down the Kouri Richins infamous “Walk The Dog” letter found in her jail cell. She claims this letter was part of a fictional book she was working on. The prosecution disagreed with that sentiment and requested sanctions be placed on Richins.On Monday, Kouri Richins wrote a statement claiming her eagerness to proceed with the trial and prove her innocence. Eric Richins's estate put out a statement saying that they are confident in the judicial system and there will be enough evidence for a jury to convict her.We still have a long way to go before a trial can be set. Tom Sandoval’s demurrer was denied in the first cause of action as it pertains to eavesdropping and the third cause of action as it relates to the invasion of privacy. A demurrer was granted with the 4th cause of action for the IIED and Rachel Leviss has 20 days to amend the complaint.
