This realization invites a profound shift: relinquishing the desire to play God and instead embracing the essence of our true selves. It's a journey from self-doubt to confidence, not anchored in the ephemeral like talents or intelligence, but in the bedrock of character and discipline. The narrative takes a turn, highlighting the hazards of conflating feelings with reality. In a world where high achievers often mistake emotions for facts, the distinction between the two becomes crucial. Addressing overthinking extends beyond the personal; it influences our interactions in business and relationships.
