In today’s episode, I share with you my current experience shifting my identify and breaking away from the caregiver/parentified role as a now-adult, and how setting boundaries has helped me build a stronger relationship with my siblings and parent. This is a raw and honest conversation about boundaries, people-pleasing, and the experience of having to take on extra roles and how it’s impacted our adult lives.
