Why did the Catholic Church add extra books to the Bible? Are these added books considered inspired by God?Did the Jews accept these books? Did Jesus or the Apostles think they should be there? Jesus came back to His hometown but His town was filled with religious people who loved their religion. They didn’t love what Jesus had to say. So, they tried to kill him. Here’s my point: People didn’t like Jesus back then. People don’t like that we follow Jesus today. But we need to know it’s okay if people don’t like us because of our faith in Jesus!

Who is the Angel of the Lord? He shows up in the Old Testament and claims to be God. He accepts worship.Who could this be? Jesus hated religion. He came to release captives. Preach the gospel to the poor. To free those who were oppressed. But for religious Pharisees of the day, those things were unheard of.  They wanted to do something. They wanted to impress people. They wanted people to think they were so religious. But Jesus comes along and destroys that kind of thinking as He was hoping for a heart that would love Him.
